2.
(a)"Computer monitor", for purposes of
this chapter and IC 13-20.5, means an electronic device that is:
(1)a cathode ray tube or flat panel display; and
(2)primarily intended to display information from a central
processing unit or the Internet.
(b)The term includes a laptop computer.
