1.
(a)"Computer", for purposes of this
chapter and IC 13-20.5, means an electronic, a magnetic, an optical, an
electrochemical, or other high speed data processing device performing
logical, arithmetic, or storage functions.
(b)The term does not include the following:
(1)An automated typewriter or typesetter.
(2)A portable handheld calculator or device, or other similar
device.
