§ 13-11-2-31 — "Coal mine permit"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Coal mine permit", for purposes of IC 13-18-20, refers to a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(NPDES) permit that involves the area on or beneath land used or
distributed in activity related to the extraction, removal, or recovery of
coal from natural deposits of coal.
