§ 13-11-2-3 — "Air contaminant"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Air contaminant", for purposes of air pollution control laws, means:
(1)dust;
(2)fumes;
(3)gas;
(4)mist;
(5)smoke;
(6)vapor; or
(7)any combination of the items described in subdivisions (1)
through (6).
