§ 13-11-2-268 — "Work receipt"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Work receipt", for purposes of IC 13-23, means a receipt that:
(1)is signed by a contractor certified under IC 13-23-3-3; and
(2)contains the following:
(A)The name and address of the contractor.
(B)An itemized list of the work performed by the contractor.
(C)The itemized cost of the work performed.
