§ 13-11-2-259 — "Water distribution system"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Water distribution system", for purposes
of IC 13-18-11 and environmental management laws, means that part
of the public water system in which water is conveyed from the water
treatment plant to the premises of the consumer.
