Text
"Waste treatment facilities", for purposes of IC 13-18-10, means the system of:
(1)treatment works;
(2)control facilities;
(3)equipment; and
(4)other facilities and appurtenances;
installed to treat, control, or dispose of runoff, waste, and manure.
