§ 13-11-2-253 — "Waste-to-energy facility"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Waste-to-energy facility", for purposes
of IC 13-20 and IC 13-21, means a facility at which solid waste is
converted into energy or another useful product by incineration.
