§ 13-11-2-252 — "Waste tire transporter"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Waste tire transporter", for purposes of IC 13-20-14, means a person who engages in the business of:
(1)accepting waste tires; and
(2)transporting the waste tires to one (1) or more other locations.
