§ 13-11-2-248 — "Waste minimization"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Waste minimization", for purposes of environmental management laws, means a process that leads to:
(1)preventing the creation of waste; or
(2)a diminution in the volume of waste being generated.
