§ 13-11-2-243 — "Used oil"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Used oil", for purposes of IC 13-21-5-14 and environmental management laws, means a petroleum based or synthetic oil that has been used. The term includes oil that has been used for the following purposes:
(1)Lubricant for engines, turbines, or gears.
(2)Hydraulic fluid, including transmission fluid.
(3)Metal working fluid, including cutting, grinding, machining,
rolling, stamping, quenching, and coating oil.
(4)Insulating fluid or coolants.
