§ 13-11-2-24 — "CERCLA"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"CERCLA", for purposes of IC 13-25-4,
refers to the federal Comprehensive Environmental Response,
Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended by the Superfund
Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (42 U.S.C. 9601 et
seq.), as in effect on January 1, 1987.
