3.
(a)"Third party certification system"
means an international and multinational third party certification
system, that consists of a set of rules for the implementation of mass
balance attribution approaches for advanced recycling of materials.
(b)Third party certification systems include:
(1)International Sustainability & Carbon Certification;
(2)Underwriter Laboratories;
(3)SCS Recycled Content;
(4)Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials;
(5)Ecoloop; and
(6)REDcert2.
