§ 13-11-2-222 — "Stone quarry permit"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Stone quarry permit", for purposes of IC 13-18-20, refers to a NPDES permit that involves the area on or beneath land used or distributed in activity related to the extraction, removal, or recovery of:
(1)sand;
(2)gravel;
(3)dimension stone; or
(4)crushed stone;
from natural deposits.
