§ 13-11-2-22 — "Byproduct material"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Byproduct material", for purposes of IC 13-22-10, has the meaning set forth in section 11e.
(2)of the Atomic
Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2014(e)(2)), as in effect on January 1,
1987.
