§ 13-11-2-219 — "State"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"State", for purposes of IC 13-29-1, means
a state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or any other
territorial possession of the United States.
