§ 13-11-2-214 — "Source reduction"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Source reduction", for purposes of IC 13-17-7 and IC 13-21, means a reduction in the amount of solid waste
generated that is achieved through actions affecting the source of the
solid waste.
