5.

(a)"Solvolysis" means a manufacturing process:
(1)through which post-use polymers are purified with the aid of solvents while:
(A)heated at low temperatures;
(B)pressurized; or
(C)heated at low temperatures and pressurized; allowing the removal of additives and contaminants; and
(2)resulting in the following products:
(A)Monomers.
(B)Intermediates.
(C)Valuable chemicals.
(D)Plastics.
(E)Chemical feedstocks.
(F)Raw materials.
(b)The process includes:
(1)hydrolysis;
(2)aminolysis;
(3)ammonoloysis;
(4)methanolysis; and
(5)glycolysis.
