§ 13-11-2-204 — "Small business petroleum marketer"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Small business petroleum marketer", for
purposes of IC 13-23-4-3, means a petroleum marketer that owns or
operates not more than twelve (12) underground storage tanks.
