§ 13-11-2-203 — "Site"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
(a)"Site", for purposes of IC 13-25-5,
means a parcel of real property for which an application has been
submitted under IC 13-25-5-2.
(b)"Site", for purposes of IC 13-29-1, means the geographic
location of a facility.
