§ 13-11-2-2 — "Administrator"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
(a)"Administrator", except as provided in
subsection (b), refers to the administrator of the United States
Environmental Protection Agency.
(b)"Administrator", for purposes of IC 13-23 and the administration
of the ELTF, means the commissioner of the department of
environmental management.
