§ 13-11-2-199 — "Semipublic permit"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Semipublic permit", for purposes of IC 13-18-20, refers to a NPDES permit issued to a privately owned
treatment works (as defined in 33 U.S.C. 1292(2)).
