Text
5."Secondary material", for purposes of
IC 13-22-11.5, means a solid, liquid, or contained gaseous form of a
byproduct, spent material, sludge, discarded commercial chemical
product, or scrap metal that may be incorporated into a manufacturing
or an industrial process, except reclamation, to make a product.
