§ 13-11-2-197 — "Secondary containment structure"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Secondary containment structure", for
purposes of IC 13-18-5, means a structure or a part of a structure that
prevents or impedes a hazardous material that is released accidentally
from entering surface water or groundwater.
