§ 13-11-2-19 — "Broker"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Broker", for purposes of IC 13-20-4 and IC 13-20-6, means a person who is in the business of making
arrangements for the transportation of municipal waste that was
generated by another person.
