§ 13-11-2-188 — "Removal costs"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Removal costs", for purposes of IC 13-24-2, includes all of the following:
(1)Costs to:
(A)prevent;
(B)minimize; or
(C)mitigate;
oil pollution from an oil discharge.
(2)Other costs necessary to:
(A)minimize; or
(B)mitigate;
damage to public health or welfare related to an oil discharge.
