§ 13-11-2-182 — "Regional facility"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Regional facility", for purposes of IC 13-29-1, means a facility which is located within the region and which
is established by a party state pursuant to designation of that state as a
host state by the Commission.
