Text
8. "Recycled plastic" means products that are produced from:
(1)mechanical recycling of preconsumer recovered feedstocks or
plastics, and postconsumer plastics; or
(2)advanced recycling of preconsumer recovered feedstocks or
plastics, and postconsumer plastics via mass balance attribution
under a third party certification system.
