Text
7. "Qualified environmental professional", for purposes of IC 13-23-13, means the following:
(1)A registered professional engineer (as defined in IC 25-31-1-2).
(2)A licensed professional geologist (as defined in IC 25-17.6-1-6.5).
(3)A certified hazardous materials manager (CHMM) as certified
by the Institute of Hazardous Material Management.
(4)A professional soil scientist registered under IC 25-31.5-4-1.
