§ 13-11-2-175 — "Property owner"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Property owner", for purposes of IC 13-14-5 and IC 13-30-7, means:
(1)the person who owns the property or operates a regulated
activity on the property; or
(2)an agent of the person who owns the property or operates a
regulated activity on the property.
