§ 13-11-2-171 — "Processing"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Processing", for purposes of IC 13-21, means an operation for the purpose of modifying the characteristics or properties of solid waste to facilitate any of the following:
(1)The transportation of solid waste.
(2)The disposal of solid waste.
(3)The recovery of solid waste for reuse or sale.
