§ 13-11-2-166 — "Pollution prevention"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Pollution prevention", for purposes of this title, means pollution prevention as defined by the United States Environmental Protection Agency under:
(1)the federal Pollution Prevention Act (42 U.S.C. 13101 et seq.);
and
(2)the United States Environmental Protection Agency pollution
prevention policy statement (June 15, 1993), as amended.
