§ 13-11-2-159 — "Pesticide"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Pesticide", for purposes of IC 13-25-6, includes a substance or a combination of substances commercially produced for use as:
(1)an insecticide;
(2)a rodenticide; or
(3)a nematodicide.
