§ 13-11-2-155 — "PCB"

Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS

(a)"PCB", for purposes of:

(1)IC 13-17-10;

(2)IC 13-20-15; and

(3)IC 13-22; means the class of organic compounds known as polychlorinated biphenyls or terphenyls.
