§ 13-11-2-153 — "Party"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Party", for purposes of IC 13-25-4-23, means a person that:
(1)is potentially a responsible person; and
(2)enters into an agreement with the commissioner under IC 13-25-4-23 or IC 13-7-8.7-11 (before its repeal).
