§ 13-11-2-15 — "Assistant commissioner"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Assistant commissioner", for purposes of
IC 13-27, refers to the individual appointed by the commissioner under
IC 13-27-2-2 to the highest position in the division of pollution
prevention.
