6."Outstanding state resource water", for
purposes of section 50.5 of this chapter and IC 13-18-3, means any
water designated as such by the board regardless of when the
designation occurred or occurs. Waters that may be considered for
designation as outstanding state resource waters include water bodies
that have unique or special ecological, recreational, or aesthetic
significance.
