§ 13-11-2-143 — "Office"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
(a)"Office", for purposes of IC 13-22-11,
refers to the division of pollution prevention and technical assistance
established by IC 13-27-2-1.
(b)"Office", for purposes of IC 13-28, refers to the office of
voluntary compliance.
