§ 13-11-2-14 — "Assistance"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Assistance", for purposes of IC 13-14-10-3, means supplies, materials, services, and equipment to:
(1)prevent the discharge of any contaminant; or
(2)control, contain, isolate, neutralize, remove, store, or dispose
of any contaminant already discharged into or on the air, land, or
waters of Indiana.
