Text
"Natural resources", for purposes of IC 13-25-4, means:
(1)land;
(2)fish;
(3)wildlife;
(4)biota;
(5)air;
(6)water;
(7)ground water;
(8)drinking water supplies; and
(9)other similar resources;
belonging to, managed by, held in trust by, appertaining to, or
otherwise controlled by, the state.
