§ 13-11-2-13 — "Asbestos project"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Asbestos project", for purposes of IC 13-17-6, means an activity involving the:
(1)abatement;
(2)removal;
(3)renovation;
(4)enclosure;
(5)repair; or
(6)encapsulation;
of asbestos containing material.
