§ 13-11-2-125 — "Manifest"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Manifest", for purposes of environmental management laws except IC 13-20-4-7, means the form used for identifying the:
(1)quantity;
(2)composition; and
(3)origin, routing, and destination;
of hazardous waste during its transportation from the point of
generation to the point of disposal, treatment, or storage.
