Text
"Major modification", for purposes of IC 13-15-4, when applied to a solid waste permit, means any change in a permitted solid waste facility that would:
(1)increase the facility's permitted capacity to process or dispose
of solid waste by the lesser of:
(A)more than ten percent (10%); or
(B)five hundred thousand (500,000) cubic yards; or
(2)change the permitted footprint of the landfill by more than one
(1)acre.
