§ 13-11-2-118 — "Lead acid battery"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Lead acid battery", for purposes of IC 13-20-16, means a battery that:
(1)contains lead and sulfuric acid; and
(2)has a nominal voltage of at least six (6) volts.
