§ 13-11-2-115 — "Land disposal"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Land disposal", for purposes of IC 13-22-12, includes the following:
(1)Interim status and permitted hazardous waste landfills.
(2)Interim status and permitted hazardous waste surface
impoundments.
