Text
"Land application", for purposes of IC 13-18-12, means the disposal of:
(1)septage;
(2)solid waste, as defined in section 205(a) of this chapter; or
(3)industrial waste products, as allowed under IC 13-18-12-2.5;
by burial or incorporation into the soil.
