§ 13-11-2-106 — "Incinerator"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Incinerator", for purposes of IC 13-21 and environmental management laws, means an engineered apparatus designed for the burning of solid waste under the effect of controls on the following:
(1)Temperature.
(2)Retention time.
(3)Air.
(4)Other combustion factors.
