§ 13-11-2-103 — "Host state"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Host state", for purposes of IC 13-29-1,
means any state which is designated by the Midwest Interstate
Low-Level Radioactive Waste Commission to host a regional facility.
