Text
(a)This section applies only to an Indiana
member.
(b)A member of the commission serves a four (4) year term that
expires on June 30 of an odd-numbered year.
(c)A member of the commission may be reappointed to successive
terms.
(d)The governor shall fill a vacancy on the commission. An
individual appointed to fill a vacancy serves for the unexpired term of
the individual's predecessor.
