§ 1-1-1-4 — Invalid statutes

Indiana·Title 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Art. 1 LAWS GOVERNING THE STATE·Ch. 1 Implementary Provisions for the Indiana Code
Notwithstanding the inclusion in the Indiana Code of statutory provisions declared impliedly repealed, unconstitutional, or otherwise invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, those provisions have only such force as they had before the enactment of the Indiana Code. As amended by P.L.242-2025, SEC.2.
